wow i haven't updated in almost 2 months. this feels wierd. well i just wanted to say that not going to the audioslave concert when they came to vancouver will probably be one of my biggest regrets this year. i went and saw Gwen Stefani on Sunday night. i went with 7 other girls from work. we carpooled in and went to dinner at moxies which was really cool. i had a bellini and a martini and a quesadilla for dinner. then we headed over to GM place. the opening act was some wierd band called MIA. i'm not a big fan. the intermission between shows was like 45-50 minutes long, so that really sucked. the concert itself was pretty good. it was better than i thought it would be actually. the dancers were amazing. the encore was the banana song. yes you know what i'm talking about.

work has been interesting lately. i've been getting probably 2 bar shifts a week which is good. it's a change and keeps me interested in my job. i wish i had gotten more training though. i only really ever had the one shift. so i'm in the dark a little bit but i've been able to pick up a lot of stuff on my own. i'm working 5 days a week still and making pretty good money. i'm probably heading over to victoria next weekend to see my mom and i'm really excited about that. well that's all that's new with me.
